JENNY CARPENTER

Jenny Carpenter paints on wood panels using the grain to manipulate the figure. Her interest is in the life led rather than a physical representation. Jenny recently exhibited in group shows at The Catskill Art Society in Livingston Manor, Foley Gallery and Equity Gallery in New York's LES and the Danforth Art Museum outside Boston. Originally from Omaha, NE, she graduated from Creighton University with a BA in Studio Art. Jenny lives in Cold Spring, NY with her husband and twin 12-year-old boys.
